boiling water without adding salt.<br \/>\nLet cool to room temperature and remove skin and thorns.<br \/>\nSeason the cod with Faresse extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped parsley and stir vigorously until obtaining a sort of dough.<br \/>\nGrate the potatoes and season with Faresse extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.<br \/>\nSpread the potato dough on parchment paper and bake at
