The recipe<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Remove the meat from the fridge at least two hours before grilling it. Place it on a baking sheet with a triple layer of absorbent paper. Lay a double layer again to cover. Prepare the grill for direct cooking and preheat it at a very high temperature. Prepare the dressing by mixing all the other ingredients in a container. In a bowl, arrange the mixture and dress it only with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Stir to make it shiny and shiny. Remove the meat from the paper and perfectly dry any residual moisture. Brush with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Grilling at high heat for 3 minutes. Then rotate the steaks a quarter of a turn on the vertical axis and cook for another 3 minutes.
