The innovative Bag in Box protect oil from light and oxygen. Thanks to the hermetic seal, the aluminium bag and the functional dispenser tap block the air and allow to regulate the oil outflow, avoiding waste. In the Bag there is Organic Cru, the organic extra virgin olive oil obtained by mixing Coratina and Ogliarola barese cultivar, grown, harvested and crushed in compliance with the regulation on organic production.
It is an extremely balanced blend, with a dynamic taste and delicate scents of bitterness and pungency, but also hints of almond and chamomile. Perfect for enhancing fish dishes, vegetables, fresh cheese and white meat.
