The recipe
Prepare the marinade: mix the oil, the vinegar, the crushed garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Wash the vegetables: peel the aubergines and the onion and cut into slices, clean the fennel and cut into wedges. Clean the peppers from the filaments and seeds and cut them into four. Brush the vegetables with the marinade and cook them on the grill for about 20 minutes, turning them from time to time. Serve sprinkled with the marinade.
