The Recipe
The secret of our Chiacchiere? We prepare the dough using Faresse extra virgin olive oil!
Here is the recipe!
Work all the ingredients until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained. Leave the dough to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Roll out the dough and make strips. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add plenty of extra virgin olive oil and bring to 170 °. Put the talk and cook for a few minutes, turn over and cook for a few minutes or until they are lightly browned. Allow to cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
